yeah but you stopped there.. you should have investigated the rules and checked it for yourself... Unfortunately on this situation you need to just suck it up and remember for next time. Don't believe everyone because sometimes even if they have the right intention they may have the wrong information.. the correct information would of been come back in 23 days when you have 7 days left on your visa / arrival stamp and pay for a time extension with the required documents. Hope this helps you understand what's happened and hopefully next time it doesn't happen πŸ™ always Google or use chat gpt for questions if youre unsure ☺️

you'd have to get a TM30 from your landlord and file a Tm7 if I'm correct. They don't just deny you they look at every application and say yes unless you go against the guide lines. Very doubtable a country that's ran by cash like Thailand would punish you when you're handing over 2000 baht for an extension
