Mark you had a dormant company before you applied for a work permit now for the wp it’s 4 Thai workers end of

If you had an investment visa minimum investment 10m you can have 1 for 1 that’s it .

If your work permit becomes invalid your visa is cancelled and your on overstay

My granddaughter came here with 60 day tourist visa in July immigration told me no need to report ,extend or get another visa until she is 15 years old

But I don’t think it applies if come visa exempt

Now I can apply for 90 day non o visa here in Thai rather than in U.K. which needs more documents than getting one here

I opened bank account on tourist visa but I had to get a letter from immigration first

At Bangkok bank they asked for 3500 baht insurance to open but I said no so they offered one for 1200 which 500 went into account but then they took off 300 baht for a years fees or the card so it cost 1000
