I think a Thai elite visa don’t allow you to work

I ask a top lawyer Thai today if say a company had a 15 year lease is it legal in Thai law to get an option for a 30 year lease at the end of the 15 they said not a problem only if want to have a 30 year to start with a 30 year extension

If it’s commercial land you cannot own in your own name rubbish you say this came out of a Thai lawyers mouth a few days ago during a meeting

Also if you have a lease make sure it has a clause to pass the lease over if you die
