I was fined 1600b this past Monday because I didn’t notify immigration within three days of my border crossing entry. I couldn’t apply for the 1900b extension without first paying the fine.

it’s 30 days by land, same as by air. By land you’re allowed two entries per year, by air it’s at the discretion of the immigration agent.

Use Western Union to your closest Western Union, $1.99 transfer. Banks here seem to be able to do whatever they want, fiduciary trust most likely doesn’t exist here. Cash is king!
