then you need to come to an agreement with the mother or file for court ordered parental rights - with an order for travel letter etc

Do you have a relationship with your kid? Any parental rights?

If not then not much you can do - if you do then contact a lawyer or get a court order

The last resort will be to come to a financial agreement with the mother, I assume the relationship is not amicable
