I wanna to know if anyone who has had the dtv approved has been denied entry by the immigration officer.
Especially for those who have been previously warned for using too many tourist visas.
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the concerns of whether individuals with an approved DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) can be denied entry to Thailand, especially if they have previously received warnings for overuse of tourist visas. Multiple comments suggest that having a valid visa like the DTV should generally prevent denial of entry, despite past warnings. However, entry ultimately lies at the discretion of the immigration officer, and past records may influence their decision.
Every Immigration Officer can autonomously decide wether or not to allow you in.

You have to show them and tell them you have a DTV. Why did they deny you entry?

I got a DTV specifically because I had been warned by both an IO and the Thai embassy in Singapore that I had too many tourist visas and needed to get a long-term visa. I have re-entered Thailand multiple times since getting the DTV with minimal hassle.

Ask the office for you 500,000 baht back.

If all you've had is a warning in the past it's highly unlikely you'd be denied entry

The reason they are denying you entry is because you’re trying to enter on the wrong visa. DTV is a working holiday so there should be no reason for denial

Their system should immediately flag you as okay to enter if you have a pre arranged visa approved of any type. Makes zero sense to approve your visa and deny your entry, might as well deny your visa application lol.
It won't, I got exception stamp as officer haven't noticed sticker. No-one knows how this system works but it's plenty of wrong guesses online.

Possibly if you are marked in their systems with many warnings etc

They warned you because you tried to stay long time without a real visa, they told you to get a proper visa. Why should they deny entry if you arrive with a valid visa now? Won't happen if there's nothing else shady in your history.

Why? Once you have any sort of visa (especially anything that isn't a TR) then you'll be let in without issue.
The Thai immigration system doesn't work the same way as the US or western countries.
Sort of, but in a way, no. Tourist visa holders are occasionally denied entry for staying too long in the country, but with the DTV there isn't really going to be a "you've stayed in Thailand too long" because this visa type is specifically designed for those who want to spend long periods in the country, with some travel in between.
