You know very little about Thailand visas, and Thailand in general. You cannot even own a house in Phuket. You're just another broke "digital creator"

I live all over the world actually. You're the poor broke sucker who can only survive in Thailand 😂😂😂

You made some incorrect statements and now you're trying to deflect. Fact remains pensioners can get the DTV very easily.

I use Chaengwatthana. Never had a problem with the service there!

Exactly! And that person can most certainly be a retiree!

But it's the simplest task in the world to become a "remote worker" so it will suit the OP perfectly! Everyone's doing it. This visa is the new SuperVisa. Within a year or two, everyone except those requiring a work permit will be on this visa.

You don't seem to be reading the posts. Getting a pension is totally irrelevant to the DTV, as proof of income is not required. It's simply a case of working remotely and showing the equivalent of 500k baht in an overseas bank account. Anyone with half an ounce of intelligence can do that!

There's absolutely no restriction on a retiree becoming a remote worker. I know four people personally who have already made the switch. This visa is flying off the shelf for retirees. The criteria to qualify is a cake-walk. This is the new "retirement visa" for many people.
