Leave immediately, then fly straight back in. It's the safest and easiest way for you right now. Take the advice of people here, and don't overstay !!

It can be his bank account, but most Embassies will be looking for 1 million baht to cover both of you. You might be lucky, but that is my experience when applying for my daughter.

. I come in and out on the DTV regular. Extending in country is almost impossible for most people on soft power. The point is, out of thousands and thousands of DTV holders, only one or two have ever extended without leaving it seems. That was the point I was getting at. The poster was making out it was an easy process, but it isn't ✌️

You will need 500k for each applicant at most Embassies. You should definitely go the soft power (Muay Thai) route as it is so straightforward. Just remember that the family will need to either leave Thailand every 6 months, or face having to show the 500k again if trying to extend in the Kingdom. Good luck with it 🙏

DioParco3474 . DTV soft power is the way to go. As mentioned, it's not just for remote workers. Your answer is wrong and misleading.

. You can do whatever you want once you have the visa. The visa doesn't state under which category that you applied, so you are free to do whatever you want. As long as you are aware that you must not work for a Thai company/business, then this visa gives the holder a lot of freedom and flexibility.

Or just go the Muay Thai route. No checking of your income. Just show you have paid for the course, and pay the visa application fee. You can then create whatever content you want 🙂🙏.
