First off find someone to marry....preferably a female. Same sex marriages are not recognized in Thailand. You may find a female woman in soi Cowboy, nana plaza or Patpong soi one or two. Then of course there’s Pattaya walking street or Soi 6 in Pattaya. Once you’ve found a female woman, give her you ATM card and PIN number and you’re set. Not sure how this is interpreted, but the top of the form includes the words Possessor of the Residence. ‘NOTIFICATION FROM FOR HOUSE-MASTER, OWNER OR THE POSSESSOR OF THE RESIDENCE WHERE ALIEN HAS STAYED’. So I’ve lodged a TM 30 when I’ve had friends stay at the property I rent and I’ve never been knocked back. But if I leave on a trip and return, my landlord does the TM 30 stuff for me.
