I am a New Zealander l wish to marry a Thailand National. Do l have to have Freedom to Marry paper work if so where does it have to be interpreted. Certified here in New New Zealand or in Thailand by a,proper person and if in Thailand can anybody recommend a person and cost.

Hi all, quick question, I’m a British citizen getting married in Thailand (finally after 10 years and two kids together 🥴), once I get the affirmation to marry and have it translated to Thai, I then need to go to the ministry of foreign affairs to get it legalised, can I do this alone, or does my Thai partner need to be there? Entered the Kingdom on October 25th on a Non-O Visa. This is my first visit. I have copies of my Visa, Passport pictures, TDAC and TM30.

Trying to make sense of the stamps in my Passport. Is January 22nd my first 90 day check in?

Immigration said I'm only allowed to be in the Kingdom for five months. Which is fine since I am here with my wife taking care of some loose ends pertaining to her mother. We have obligations back in the States and will be here to wrap up some business, travel a bit and then go home.

Good morning. I wonder if someone can give me a bit of advice. I’m a UK citizen divorced ,however I’m in a relationship with a Thai lady. She lives and works in the UK, which is where I met her four years ago .

I’m retired She still works and we both live together. she owns a house two hours drive north of Bangkok eventually she wants to go back to Thailand permanently with me to follow her. We have both discussed about getting married here in the UK, but I have now talked about getting married in Thailand.

Hi. I applied for basic 60 day tourist e visa on 1st Oct 2025. Its 15 days later and still waiting om pending (1)..I've applied many times before and always took about 4 working days . I know we get exemption but I went for 60 days in June and July this year as well as Nov Dec last year so the immigration moaned at me for coming too many times and to get a thai wife. I actually got married to thai girl during that stay. In June. I only need 60 day tourist visa. I cannot contact the embassy in anyway phoning or emails and trying the fb messengers now. Which fb messenger is best for a reply? Thank you.
