Who is probably one of the most popular and used Visa agents here in danang

And she knows nothing about this?

yes my original plan was to stay here in Vietnam until vaccines were distributed in Thailand to make travel restrictions less burdensome

but Vietnam is now asking foreigners to leave, I have definitely had Bali on the radar as I usually travel there for four months each year anyway

but to stay there longer than two months I would need a social Visa

but not sure if I could get in currently

I have heard that the island is not allowing anyone in until after July

yes unfortunately Vietnam does not offer retirement visas

I always buy insurance wherever I’m traveling anyway

I currently have a policy with Pacific cross of Vietnam

Pacific cross also has a company in Thailand which I will obtain

I am only in Thailand for nine months each year, that’s why I was thinking of the STV

Visa

but sounds like the retirement is as a better option,

when I obtain it in America I leave my Funds in America

I'm currently living in Vietnam but there is a mass Exodus of foreigners as the government is denying many fraudulent business visas as well as what I'm staying here on is a tourist visa that has been generously extended for the last 14 months since I arrived on March 1st 2020

So I was trying to decide where to go from Vietnam but seems South East Asia is on fire with covid currently so probably my best option is to go back to my home country USA which although I love my country I'm dreading on returning there

I sold everything I owned 7 years ago and have been living full-time in Southeast Asia

So when I return to America I will more than likely just stay for one month and obtain my one year retirement Visa as I have done previous years

I will be returning July 1 from Vietnam which is the only country I’ve been in since the outbreak started, does anyone know what will be required when I return to Thailand

does anyone know where I can find these official requirements versus opinions

i’m trying to find a way to stay in Thailand eight months each year, I’ve been getting a one-year retirement visit at the Thailand consulate in Los Angeles

but I have chosen to only return to America once every two years

I am returning in June after my three month stay in Vietnam and can probably get a one year multi entry retirement visa

if they’re still allowing the funds to be in America

I will probably go ahead and get my insurance through Pacific Cross here in Thailand

but at the end of this year of retirement I will be stuck again with not having the Financial requirements which would force me to have to travel back to America to apply for another retirement visa every year which I’m trying to avoid

any suggestions how I can stay in Thailand eight months each year

without having to fly back to America every year
