Question about 90 day reporting 👣🇹🇭⌛

I'm a Chiang Mai resident currently, only one year OA Retirement Visa

and will be traveling to Koh Samui, on March 1st

my first 90-day reporting will occur on March the 10th

Is there an immigration office that I can take my TM 30 from my landlord there in Koh Samui and do my 90-day reporting?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user in Chiang Mai asks about doing their first 90-day reporting while traveling to Koh Samui. They want to know if they can submit their TM30 from their landlord there. The responses clarify that as long as a TM30 has been filed for them in Koh Samui, they can indeed do their 90-day report at that location. It’s also noted that reports can be filed 14 days prior to the due date and that it’s advisable to check local immigration office procedures.

I’ve no idea what the immigration at Samui is like but I believe that in CM they have a drive through. If it’s anything like the Phuket one it just takes a few minutes to do. You may be better off going early there. You can do it 15 days prior ( or up to 7 days after due date).

I believe you can report 14 days before the actual due date

As long as a TM30 is filed for you in Koh Samui you can do your 90 day report there.
