Jeff LeBlanc Apply for a "O" Non Immigrant visa at the Thai Embassy in your country. It will be good for 3 months. Then enter Thailand and open a Thai bank account, which you will get with this type of visa. Transfer 800,000 THB to this account. After it's in your account for at least 2 months, you can apply for the 1 year retirement visa. So put the money in the account as soon as you arrive in Thailand.

I used an agent in Bangkok who collected all the necessary documents from me. It cost me 250 USD but it was worth it. An employee of the agent accompanied me to the immigration in Bangkok, and he could use the fast track. No long waiting time. I got my first retirement visa within 1 hour.

Be careful. If you do not comply with Thai tax laws, it could affect your visa status.

Why didn't you check all your concerns before you applied for the DTV? Have you ever been in Thailand? Do you want to live in the countryside or in a big city, or close to a beach?

yes, it's an easy and small task. But if you're too st*pid to do it, ask an agent and waste your money.

If even a small task is too stressful for you, then good luck in Thailand.

Why an agent at all? Easy to do it yourself for free!

They still represent Russia and praise Putin and his war, but they don't want to sacrifice themselves for their master. They think that those who can't afford a flight and a longterm vacation should go to the front.
