Ill be coming into Thailand on exempt visa from Usa. Im going for the retirment visa. Whats my very first step getting off the plane? Look for a place to live or just get a hotel room? Or go see an agent first? I could really use step 123 advice please. Thanks

My family are going to Thailand in July for 33 days and I am trying to apply for a 60 day tourist visa.

I am just not sure on a few things when filling in the support document part and I hope some of you can enlighten me.

1. Part 6 asks for proof of accommodation in Thailand. My wife is Thai and we have an apartment in Bangkok. So can I use a copy of our property registration certificate for this?

2. Part 8 asks for a residence permit in the country in which the application is submitted. Myself and my two children were born in the UK and are British and don't need residence permits.

a.Can I use a photo of my driving licence for myself?

b.Can I use a photo of my children's medical cards that have their address on them, as they are only 11 and 12 years old?

3. Part 10 asks to upload passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months since last International trip.

We haven't been outside the UK in the past 5 years. So what do I upload here?

4. Part 11 Applicant is required to upload a document that can verify their current residency.

a. Can I again used my driving license?

b. What can I use for my children?

Hey! I'm applying for my non-immigrant B visa through my employer. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, do you know if you need to have ROUND trip tickets on your itinerary? I have only booked a one-way ticket thus far because I'm not sure of the exact date I'll be flying out or whether I can even get a flight this far in advance. Thanks!

Also, a question for a friend: Once you use all 60 days of your tourist visa and leave the country after the 60 days are up, how long until you are allowed to apply for another tourist visa?

Hi guys. I've now lived in Thailand for 4 years on tourist visas. I turn fifty this month and want to apply for a retirement visa. I am currently on a tourist visa that needs to be extended tomorrow. My question is do I need a non immigrant visa to apply for a retirement visa and do I need to go to the border to get it. Also I have the appropriate funds coming in monthly to my Thai bank account so do I still require letter from embassy for proof of my earnings or will the letters from the bank be enough. I know I should know the answers to these questions but I here and read conflicting advice on what the requirements are. Would dearly love some genuine advice from you all about how to achieve getting my retirement visa. Thanks in advance . Daz.
