From my understanding, if those rental properties are owned by a company of which you are the owner or the director then yes but if you yourself own the properties in your name but without company then no.

I've seen people in this group being accepted with multiple accounts and a coverletter explaining their situation. Do a search and you'll find their stories for sure.

However, the money does need to liquid so it can't be locked up in a fund.

Cambodia takes 11 business days. No less. It was songkran holiday so you will have to wait a little longer I think.

I got approved in cambodia after exactly 11 business days including day of application. I was on pending approval status for more then a week.

Good luck. If your application was solid then i bet its just a matter of patience ;-).

Go to police to report it missing. Then use that paper to go to your embassy and get a new passport. Finally go to immigration to have your visa linked to your new passport. I've done it once before and it was smooth. It was not a DTV visa but it should be same process. Good luck.

Yes possible the next day. I did mine the same day my non-o expired. You go to another country (I went to cambodia) and you apply through the e visa website. Good luck!

Yes that will be fine. I applied with only 4 nights booked. I did add a coverletter explaining that I would either extend my stay in that hotel or book another one depending on my experience. I also stated that I understand I have to stay in their jurisdiction until a decision is made. I got it approved, no further questions asked.
