Applied on May 4

Sent additional documents on May 26

Los Angeles Consulate website says it takes 5 business days to process additional documents. Today is the end of the 5th business day and I haven't heard anything. I sent an email yesterday but no response. Any advice on what to do? My departure date is June 9

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is awaiting a decision on their Thai visa application following the submission of additional documents to the Los Angeles Consulate. Despite the consulate's stated processing time of 5 business days, they have not received any updates by the 5th business day, which is compounded by Thai holidays occurring around that time. Community members suggest being patient due to the holidays and emphasize the importance of not leaving the USA until a decision is made.

June 2 and 3 were Thai holidays. Today is the first workday of this week. I think you just need to be patient for a few more days. Good luck.

- was just highlighting, since it is still June 3rd in the US, that no one would have been working today. June 2nd is more confusing. While it is a Thai holiday, it is not listed as one for most Thai embassies and consulates. 26th was US Memorial Day
