If you applied on May 20 then today is the tenth business day as June 2 and 3 were holidays and day of application does not count.

I got mine in cambodia on the tenth business day. I received it in the evening too at a time you would not expect it. So I would guess you'll get it tonight or tomorrow. Good luck!

I extended my 2 year license to 5 year license on DTV a few days ago. No issues. That was in chiang mai.

Yes. You also need it for residence certificate. I tend to ask this before I sign a contract. Many won't do it even they legally have to.

Medical doesn't seem to be a word people use in their posts. Instead search for something related like "doctor", "dentist" or "hospital" and you find many posts.

They don't take your current passport. They cut the corners to indicate its invalid but you keep it. Then you go with both passports to immigration to move visa. I am belgian too and I have done this in thailand.
