If you remote work within Thailand you need right to work within Thailand. Working is not retirement too

Sounds like you’ve not met your Thai partner in person yet & running to get married. Go to Thailand and spend time: with partner, meet family - feel the vibes. A lot of people get sucked in and rinsed dry by Thai females. Be careful & I wish all the happiness

I went through on 31st January - up side with my wife. Showed DTAC all immigration asked was how many days I was staying

Retire before state pension age and front load the private pension draw then adjust when hit state pension age. The private pension will be taxed in original country so not liable for tax in Thailand - is that correct?
