How many days are you inside Thailand? And how many days are you outside? If, on average, you spend more time outside than inside, I would say you can continue doing visa exempt like that indefinitely

If a company wants to hire you, you can get documentation to apply for a non-b visa, which will let you have a work permit. Your education visa would be cancelled in that case

I believe you can show up at the immigration office without an appointment ? But you will probably spend a few hours there

yes they should make it extra clear on the sign. If you are subjected to a control and found on overstay (even 1 hour overstay), like a road checkpoint on the way to the airport for example, the law says you will get deported and banned for 5 years. I never heard it happen to anyone, but that's a possible consequence of a short overstay

If you want to go to Pattaya, there are a few agencies. TikTok services and MOTS are the ones that I know that are reliable. I believe it will cost 4500 baht for an account in Bangkok bank
