I went back. They had no clue why. So I had them call customer service from the branch (because also not working from the app), the agent said that other foreigners have the same issue, but she doesn't know why. She promised to find out and call me back within 2 business days.

you don't get it. Even after doing the face registration the app is still not accepting amounts above 50k. The app isn't asking to scan your face as it should, and as other banking apps do, it just says no.
