Yes. That's why I kept my old phone and when I want to connect to Bangkok Bank, I put my SIMs back into my old phone and it contininues to work. You might have to go back to your branch and they will sort it out.
what about those who opened on a long term visa long time ago, their sim matches the ID of the account, and the person suddenly needs to go back home for family reasons and loses his Non-O. Do the bank block the account ?
They are not closing accounts, provided your SIM card's name matches your account name. I opened mine at Bangkok Bank around 10 years ago, funds were always transfered from my Swiss account. Clean clear...
