Hello, I am trying to check my account balance at the BKB by phone from abroad : +66 2645 5555... But it says that this No is not valid. It worked in perfectly the past. Does anyone know whether the No has changed and what is the new No ? Thank you !

I am in France. Weird.... I tried to call other fixed lines in Thailand (Siam Bank, Bangkok post, a hotel I know, etc.) ALL end up the same : "The number is incorrect, please check and dial again"... Yet, calling the USA, Canada, Switzerland : no problem... WEIRD.... 📷

I can only look at my thailand account through the web of my computer. I cannot do operations with my bank in thailand because my phone number does not work outside of thailand.🤦🤦🤦

The zero is only domestic. i called my Bkk number.. fine. Had friend call same number from Boston. recording said incorrect.

Unfortunately, I do not have m-banking with BKB because one can only register for m-banking if one has a work permit (I am a retiree, never worked in Thailand)...
