4. All the financial requirements for next extension.
All made at the Jomtien-Chonbury Imigration in 2019, where I rented a condo till end of 2019.
I am currently on holidays in my homecountry (Switzerland) and will come back to Thailand in a couple of days.
QUESTION :
I plan to arrive to BKK, stay in a hotel and look for setteling down in BKK (search for a condo to rent, etc.). I suppoose the hotel will do the first TM30. Do I need to inform the Jomtien Immigration of the fact that I have moved out of Chonbury Province to move to Bangkok ? Is there anything else I should take care of ?
Thank you for your advice !

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are moving from Chonbury Province to Bangkok, you do not need to inform the Jomtien Immigration about your move. Instead, you should inform the immigration office in Bangkok about your new address once you have secured a rental lease. You will need to file a TM30 form for reporting your address change and may want to prepare a TM28 form as well to document the change of address.

nope, you do NOT inform the immigration office you left that you moved, you inform the immigration office you moved TO that you're now in their district.
Once you get a lease, go file a TM30 (AND take a TM28 change of address) form too (just in case they need it)
After that you'll be registered to use the Bangkok immigration office to get your next extension and do your 90 day reports
