We called Sisaket immigration yesterday they said not required

Maybe depends on location like you say
Jim *******
The Tm30 should be done within 24 hours of your arrival by your landlord or hotel or by whoever you are staying then you will have to report every 90 days.

When you leave the country and come back you get stamped back in for a 180 days you don’t need to inform immigration as long as you are staying at the same address then 90 days later you need to a 90 day report Again

I have just come back from Vietnam yesterday and now have a new 180 day stamp which n my new passport

No need to cart old passports around

I done this two weeks ago

I went to immigration with old and new passport

They logged it on the system

Transferred all the dtv details in my new passport no cost took 45 mins

It’s a simple process you don’t need an agent

Go to immigration with your old and new passport

It took 30 mins while they transferred the details in to the passport

Your dtv will not change as it was issued in your old passport number

Immigration already have that information logged
