My biggest issue with using a bank card to access money instead of western Union is the simple fact that in most places you can only take a out a few hundred at a time.

absolutely not an introductory rate. I am logged into my account and I have been accessing money this way for over a year.

I check the exchange rate daily and when it’s good I send myself more money and pick it up whenever I need it.
