Yes i always tell people to keep the story simple. From a medical standpoint i dont understand how someone would qualify for dtv based on the assumption nobody wants to be sick or having treatment that long. Maybe im missing something again this is out of my scope so maybe others can help him🙏

i dont have much knowledge about medical routes but if you have the 500k money and the financials in order i would look into the other softs options where there is more data and stories and apply via the gym classes cooking etc or something. I really dont understand how a medical case would entitle someone to come to thailand for 5 years unless you had a medical condition that requires treatement for that long of a timeframe. Please dont take my comment the wrong way im happy if you are able to use that route i just dont have much information to help you. Still if this does not work the dtv is so broad im sure you will find a way to fit in as long as your financials are in order. Good luck to you 🙏

Technically you can but again if one of them satisfy the financial requirement i will not complicate the story unless you have no other choice. Stay simple and you will get this visa without much trouble. They want to see a structure and how the money flows into your bank account. Highlight the payments of the bank statements make it easy for them to find what they are looking for. Hope this helps 🙏

Use wise revolut i pay my rent through that and have never encounter any problems. Need cash transfer to a friend they go to the atm and you get the cash no atm fees 🙏

Any document that can justify that they have an address in the area you are applying. What they are trying to check is if you are in their jurisdiction so they can process your application at that post 🙏

Depending on what document it is they might need more formalities. I sent my marriage certificate and Thailand does not participate in the Apostille accord. They told me it was fine to just translate it myself and sent it to them. This was Saigon that i asked about this and they told me it did not need to be notarized / formally translated either. By the tone of the agent i dont think they care much if you of course send them something reasonable. I sent the document with the apostille certification and it was approved no documents asked. Thought eventhough the translation was not there it would be more formal to have the seal/certification and they did not care at hanoi. Hope this helps 🙏

Its the fraud/abuse that is making it difficult for the rest of the new applicants. I would be careful with the soft options and will always seek the staycation business owner route etc. You have alot more scrutiny when you apply for the visa in the financials aspects of it but than you dont have to worry about being registered in school class payments etc. There are no checks for these people that have gotten this visa so you can easily come up with the idea that this is not sustainable at least not with the current rules etc. Expect changes in the future is only a matter of time until they figure this out 🙏
