Why is my visa application being asked for the same documents again?

I've been asked now a second time for additional documents, and they're asking for paperwork I've already submitted (employment contract, company registration paperwork, and no less than 17k.) I've provided ALL of these things at least once if not twice already. What does this mean? Are they just wanting to confirm, or is what I've submitted previously not what they're looking for? I need answers! I've emailed them a week ago but haven't heard back yet. Any insight will be helpful.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing repeated requests from the visa authority for documents they have already submitted multiple times. They are unclear if this is a standard procedure to confirm the documents or if there is an issue with the submissions. Community responses suggest that resubmitting the requested documents is common and might be necessary to clarify any potential miscommunication. It is also advised to provide a cover letter explaining the situation and highlighting key parts of the documents.

Its the fundamentals in your story assuming you are taking the business owner staycation route. They want to see a structure and again you are not there just your documents. Did you do the cover letter explaining why you think you fit in for this visa. Does your company allow you to wotk in thailand. Are you your own boss. Have you had any recent big deposits into your account. What embassy is doing your paperwork ?

Give them what they requested it's the only way

You may want to highlight key parts of the documents to help them

Resubmit, oddly this scenario is not uncommon.

Repeated requests have happened, just submit what they request.
