I’m being ultra safe and getting my kids pre-approved 60 day tourist visas as they left Thailand on overstays from their last visit. Didn’t want to leave anything to chance arriving at airport immigration and hoping they get 60 days visa exemption

perfectly logical question. I’m being ultra safe and getting my kids pre-approved 60 day tourist visas as they left Thailand on overstays from their last visit. Didn’t want to leave anything to chance arriving at airport immigration and hoping they get 60 days visa exemption.

and with respect, I didn’t get the answer I was seeking on the post about whether UK application process requires both the applicant and spouse to show evidence of 500k. Hence this post being directed to anyone who has already been through the UK process.

And there are other questions on this post that I haven’t asked to date.

I apologise James got a lot of things running through my mind which explains why I might have been asking a question here and there twice 🤣

I appreciate your helpful guidance. I don’t really want to force myself to prematurely buy expensive return or onward travel tickets for my family of 6.

Ever heard of this website?

Are they viable? Seen as legitimate by an airline who want to see proof of onward travel?

thanks for the clarification. I must make sure I don’t use “Visa on arrival” in this as we are from the UK and are visa exempt when we arrive.

we have travelled to several countries with different airlines where we have entered under visa exemption on arrival and never been asked by the airline for proof of onward travel. If they did ask, surely I could say I haven’t arranged onward travel as I don’t know when I’m leaving Thailand. It could be after 60 days or I might be enjoying it and decide to extend for another 30 days. How can you plan onward travel if you aren’t sure of your departure date?
