Hello, I would like to know whether I can apply DTV under workcation if my employment contract is stating place of work in SG (employment contract dat since 2022). Currently I am working in Singapore as an IT professionals with hybrid working arrangement (2days in office a week). Please let me know if anyone got approved in Singapore Embassy with similar situation?

Hello, I would like to apply for the DTV online, from Italy for the category workcation (remote worker).

I work as a professor at university and I can work remotely, apart from the months I have teaching duties in Italy.

I have a few questions related to the employment contract. Beside the fact the contract has to be in English, should it be authenticated by the Thai embassy? Should it explicitly mention that I can work remotely?

Thank you very much in advance to anyone that will help me.

Questions for UK based DTV visa holders using Workcation as their activity:

- Did the whole process happen through E Visa system? No need to go to embassy?

- What was your chosen document to indicate current location? A recent utility bill?

- Did you have to show financial evidence of 500k Baht for both you (the applicant) and also for spouse?

- My current contract with client is for a company outside of the UK (but not in Thailand). The E Visa website says Employment contract “in their country” do you think they want the contract to be with a UK company or is this just lost in translation? I categorically know that it has to be work outside of Thailand.

Your answers are much appreciated 🙏
