I think if you sign up using Muay Thai soft power and get called into for an interview at an age where you come in with a walking stick they might be a little suspicious

Anonymous participant extra guests add to electricity, water, wear and tear, possible noise and attraction by the condo managers if someone complains about disturbances. Just avoid partying and be respectful to other residents. Keep the stays short

Purges seem to be of accounts opened 2023 and later by tourists especially if they know DTV holders. Haven’t heard of earlier accounts having issues other than the phone number id matching

Just make sure the phone number you have registered to your banking app is topped up so that it doesn’t go inactive and gets recycled to a new person.

Once you got a tm30 filled by your condo owner, head on over to IT Square in Lak Si. That is where they process the visa exempt entries. If they don’t give you one then check in at a hotel the day before and get one from them and use that address. At IT square 3rd floor they have printed forms of everything you need to sign. Anything else you need you can get done at the printshop right next to the immigration area. Remember to use a blue pen. They even sell them there and at the coffee shop nearby. If you have your forms already filled in then take them along as it will speed up time. Wait times are fairly decent currently. Just be aware that they take a lunch break from 12-1pm. So have your lunch then as well if you haven’t got all done first.

yep noticed that. I used to be able to have longer packages. I found I could only get the highest speed package at the airport though. Go into a retailer store and the plans are mostly throttled. Can renew every 60 days by topping up and following the renew instructions. But if missed the renewal window then have to go back to the counter at the airport if wanting the same package

so true. Some anonymous accounts originate from other SEA countries to give Thailand a bad name. A common deception tactic used since forever is to mix a lie with some truth (or with a lot of truth). Politicians do it often. So folks take anonymous posts like a grain of salt, seek verification from creditable sources.

Anonymous participant 981 yes it has happened to me and resolved with a couple of visits. The context on how this was written was done in a way to create an emotional reaction and through the use of an anonymous user is what makes it seem not genuine.

In NZ the application fee is around 44,000 baht but in around Asia it’s 10,000. Also some people enrolling in the Muay Thai courses want to visit the facilities first, decide if it’s one they like. At that point it may not be suitable to travel half way back around the world to their home countries to apply.
