Do as Brandon suggests. No need for flight home as that date is so far out. Just in, out, then back in again is required. They already establish that you have a lot of funds due to the financial requirements.
indeed you should be careful entering after reaching 180 days in country over the past year. Only last week I was initially denied entry at DMK airport with the officer quoting these words "I cannot let you in as you have been in the country already for more than 180 days as a regular tourist". I had a well prepared genuine reason for his superior to let me in after recently maxing out my METV.
need to be in country for minimum 3 months for a real girl to be serious and interested. Those with real jobs wont have much time to meet those on a short stay so plan to maximize a tourist visa length at least. Those apps you can usually filter those who have a university qualification so can focus on those girls.
For the actual visa you need to read the requirements listed on the embassy/consulate website who you are applying from. Email them if you are unsure as some may be flexible. Some embassies requirements are not always the same and differences between visa types. The multi entry tourist visa for instance at my country embassy required accomodation for the entire period until my first plane flight out. If want to move around you can always make changeable bookings. Single entry tourist visa I have been told they only needed first night. So best to read the embassy’s requirements
They can go ask. As most have discovered, "This is Thailand" and not everything they do or write is logical. Though this is the general list. Theres no harm in asking.
Here are the documents required for opening account at the Bangkok Bank. See the section on buying condo. It shouldn’t be difficult for your situation compared to a regular tourist coming off the street.
So in a nutshell, if she has a degree and a job it’s not that difficult. I have Thai friends who got work visas in Australia and all had a degree. Might make it complicated and need your sponsorship. Research the Australian immigration website for full details on what is required. I’ve been going through a process to bring my gf to NZ on a work visa. In my case I’ve had to get an METV and live here with her with a condo lease and collecting all the proofs of living together at same address. Having that documentation would help you greatly if she can’t obtain a visa on her own merits.
