That is for non UK passport holders that have long term leave to remain in the UK.

If you are a UK passport holder, leave the residency box blank.

did you get any email notification to say the application was succesful?

Will be interesting to know if you do get an email or not.

Seems to be around 5 days after completing the online application.

Seems to hang BUT open another window while still logged in. Go to the pending application files and you'll see the status says Paid.

I would say unless you call them, your going to be around about Wednesday to be in the 48 hour working day window to receive the email.

When it first started, people were told to either attend the Embassy on the appointment date or post off their application straight away. Then, reports said, the embassy started to do what they should of been doing and emailing people within 48 hours to say either the application was succesful and send the documents or they needed more information if for instance, the application wasn't completed to how they wanted it.

Perhaps somebody who has had a visa in the last couple of weeks can say what the state of play is now?
