Once you receive the email to say the application has been succesful, you then arrange to either go to the embassy or send all the hard copys that you uploaded originally plus £10 for return postage by cash or postal order (No cheques or card payments) to the Embassy
Notice now if you apply for a multiple entry visa and your only eligible for a single entry visa for whatever reason, there is NO refund on the difference in cost. Neither is there a refund at all for failed applications. Best to check, double check then check again before you submit the application and hit the pay button. Payment is due on SUBMISSION of the application NOT once the application has been agreed.
Also be aware, that as previously, 'O' visa applications can only be for single entry. Multiple entry visas such as an O-A, still need to be applied for online via London
