I tried that in December last John and a Thai business friend came with me and had a slip from immigration stating where I was staying. I had a 60 day TR. Only tried SCB., who incidentally I had an account with years ago, that I opened on a VOA. How times have changed. Stayed in Thailand on & off for 11 years on mostly VOA's. In the 11 years I only got a 2 month TR from Penang, one from Vientiane and my last one before I came back to the UK, a 12 month multiple entry 'O'.
Some IO's are a bit funny if you return on the same date that you left, although you've officially left the country, returning the same day doesn't look good with some IO's, depending on which border exit you use I believe.
I don't think Brandon's input is correct. Why would you have to show a ticket out of Thailand within sixty days, when you can get a thirty day extension onto your initial sixty day stay. Also, why would you have to show another ticket back into Thailand after your initial visit? I got a non-O immigrant multiple entry visa and flew into Thailand on a one-way ticket. Multiple entry visas doesn't mean you have to go into any country multiple times. It's up to the visa holder whether they want to make more than one visit.
Try when living in the UK to stream Tubi TV without a VPN. Can't, select an American IP address and it streams, so your analogy that Vpn's are a scam is incorrect.
This must be an American that has typed these requirements. In the English language license is incorrect English, licence is correct. American version of the English language has quite a few anomalies.
