Got nothing to do with the first time last time in-between time. Paperwork is paperwork read requirements carefully, research and systematically prepare. It truly is not rocket science. Like someone said on Facebook even a caveman could do it. However everyone is free to do as they please. Just to end the only reason I did it myself was when I had contacted 3 agents they wanted to charge the same price even if I had the 800,000 or not.

Yes, I have some great advice and probably the best advice you will ever be given, as it could end up saving you time frustration and money. It pays dividends to do your research information is readily available.

I got my O visa based on retirement in Australia. I had to show proof of finances. Extended it in Thailand they were not remotely interested where the money came from. But hey they say each immigration office has its own rules.

If that was the case hardly any expats would have a Visa🤣🤣🤣

Of course Facebook has its benefits but looking up important facts might not be one of them. Personally I use it to sharpen my writing skills before I forget. Could you imagine how many people wouldn't have been ripped off if they only took the time to research.
