My friend hand wrote the letter, dated it, signed it, then scanned it along with his ID Card and emailed them to me and I downloaded them and attached them along with other requirements on the Thai Embassies e-visa online application portal.

No, just a hand written letter from my Thai friend, stating that I would be staying at their family home for my duration of visa and a scan copy of the letter composers Thai ID Card. Hope this helps.

You say you have got your visa illegally using an agent. Actually it's the agent that has gotten it illegally as they are your representative applying for the visa and your not actually doing the application.

Mark are you refering to 'O' visa extension, or multiple entry non-immigrant 'O' visa. If it's the visa extension I didn't know you could extend it and get fifteen months before extending it again.
