 Wise & Revolut etc you can request a statement at anytime. But you dont even need a full statement in Hanoi just to show balance

Does it not go live(the necessity to have TDAC) until 1st May? And you are questioning what to do if possibly maybe the site is down for 3+ days nearly 1 month beforehand? Think your head needs a wobble

 contract must state that can work freelance from anywhere in World (and preferably including Thailand). Fyi I sent 6 letters from clients and a contract
