How Will the New Amnesty Extension Affect Non-B Visa Holders Needing 90-Day Border Runs?

Has anyone worked out how the new amnesty extension will work for Non B holders with WP who have to do 90 day border bounces?

Stamp expired in April but Visa not until Dec(WP expires in Nov) so obv I cannot apply for new visa yet and just need to get a new 90 day stamp but obv cant get this without leaving country!

I’m in a very similar situation and I’m hoping that if I can’t meet all requirements at least I can stay til Sept 26th without any issues. Then just come back before my visa expires (as you can suspend a WP if you are out of the country when it needs to be renewed as long as you do it prior - or at least I’ve done that in the past)

Without getting an extension of stay, you can stay no later than September 26, 2020.

As mentioned on that poster. You can apply for an Extension of Stay based on employment, but I guess you need to meet the requirements

No, the requirements are set nationwide, but each office might differ in small things like a hand drawn map or print out from google, That is why we tell go and get the hand out at your local office
