/26 that's less than 15 days. Thanks for your help there Stuart you just saved me a wasted journey lol. Il get a same day return flight to Malaysia and do some shopping. Are they happy with same day returns? (Or is that frowned upon? I'm trying to be respectful to be IO process where possible)

I can provide updates of the same evidence on request. Financial proofs, income and employment proofs (finances have grown since also), updated cover letters from both myself and my employer, tenancy agreement along with latest tm30, I speak Thai etc etc. do you think if I bring all of that in they would require anything else or do you think they'd consider it? Thanks in advance for your input here Stuart 🙏

DTV_BegPecker I might pop down the immigration office and ask them what would be required and if it's something they would be comfortable with. It's Phuket in my case so Phuket immigration office. I can totally provide updated bank statements, employment docs and everything from the first time so might be worth a try.

SoftFalcon4636 have any of your re-entries been the same day you left? I am chewing on whether to stay in malaysia overnight or book a return flight for the same day.

i think it will be tied in with the monitoring and enforcement of foreign income taxes and declaration of the same. Since each rentry 6 month period would usually mean youve spent at least 6 months that year in thailand which makes you a tax resident as per recent legislation. But you never know with thailand, things change quickly and massively sometimes.

In that case im inclined to agree with you there. Thailand is not a country you should choose to live in if you can't afford to spend 2 nights in a hotel in a neighbouring country. I apologise for assuming you were accusing me of the same. all the best

How the hell did so many people take this post as having anything to do with the cost of staying elsewhere? Are people really that limited IQ wise? lol Your in a DTV group where everyone had to prove 500k baht+ & stable income in finances to get the visa I think your confusing this with the 60 day exemption group or something.

probably specific to my industry but I don't think I've ever encountered an established business that doesn't have letterheads, email signatures and a website. The only people in our business that need business cards are the field reps and if me or the others ever attend a networking event which is rare for us nowadays. In terms of the point of discussion, ide say overkill is always best. Show them a website, show them a LinkedIn profile and any testimonials you've had there, ensure any letters from employers are actual letters done in word with a letter head etc etc, all of these things show your telling the truth and didn't just mock something up to get the visa. I'm guessing business cards would work also however although their as easy to order off Vistaprint as it is to put a letterhead on an official letter
