Hi all. I am planning on applying for the DTV from Laos for workation purposes. I am director/shareholder for a long established UK limited company. I am trying to work out from the embassys website what i need to get the uk office to send over for me for this visa. Has anyone in a similar situation applied? Could you confirm what you needed to provide them in that circumstance?

like, they ask for it to be stamped with a company seal which most uk companies dont even use, for testimonial from customers confirming my work there etc etc (which seems unneccesary as I am not a freelancer)

Any advice appreciated. :) thanks

I was in the same situation. I supplied:

- company registration docs from companies house website

- employment contract between myself and my company

- permissions to work in Thailand document from my company

- screenshots of recent projects and a short blurb (professional profile)

- My CV
