I’m stupid and forgot to do the 90-day report. I just figured out and next week I have a flight to Krabi. What will be the consequences for that? Do I need to pay a fine when flying domestic? Do they even check it? Please only answer if you have experienced this situation before or know it for sure. Thank you na
I have a friend who is 19, and he's here in Thailand with his father. His passport is absolutely full of stamps because he used to go to school in Gibraltar when he lived in Spain.
The problem now is that he's overstayed his visa, and he wasn't able to get an extension because his passport is literally out of space for any more stamps.
The extension was due on the 29th of July, and now it's the 11th. So we're looking at the best route to get him a new passport and to help him renew his visa and extend it before the end of the month.
We’re also considering just paying the overstay fine and then having him fly out of the country and return to Thailand on a tourist visa again.
In Chiang Mai, so thinking Flight to Vietnam.
But whats the most rapid way to get a new passport with space
I realise that I am a week late for my 60 day report.
I am leaving Thailand for a few weeks in 10 days time to visit family.
Is there big consequence / fine for missing the 60 day report, and if I am leaving in 10 days time and I still have not done it will it be flagged by immigration that I missed the deadline?
I got my DTV visa approved earlier this year. I missed my first 90 day report at immigration by two weeks. I’m am aware there will be a 2000b fine, however is going to be a problem in the future?
Has anyone left Thailand after 180 days and THEN did the first 90 day report after coming back?
