Hello

I was supposed to go back at immigration on June 6th after the 15 days under review stamp. Now it is 12 days later and immigration opens only on Monday. Do you know the consequences of going there 14 days late?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is concerned about attending immigration 14 days late after receiving an under-review stamp. Community comments suggest that failing to report on time could classify the individual as being in an overstayed situation, possibly resulting in a daily fine (500 baht per day) and an overstay stamp in their passport. Some users shared personal experiences varying from fines imposed to no penalties received, indicating that outcomes may differ by immigration office. The poster expressed hope that a friend working at immigration could assist in resolving the situation.

Think you will be lucky to get the extra stamp to stay. Forgetting to go to immigration is no excuse you don't forget important things like that if you wish to stay in the country. You need to go to immigration ASAP and don't have more overstay.

Better take 7000 baht with you, have a really good excuse and pray they don’t give you a 7 day to leave the country stamp.

If you have an underconsideration stamp and you didn't report on that day, you're currently on overstay and not in the country legally. Go on Monday, most likely you'll be fined for the overstay.

If you haven't had the extension closed out, they might deem you to be on overstay and fine you 500 baht per day and put an overstay stamp in your passport.

@Weird Al it’s people like you are the reason immigration is so abrasive towards all the rest of us who still have our brains screwed on and all documents wired tight! You don’t forget something like visa durations, etc. SMH.

Teaching moment for you!

No idea. All you can do is visit your office and explain why you’re 14 days late. Whether there would be any consequences is unknown.
