(1) I’m a Myanmar citizen.

(2) I have two companies which is Myanmar and Thai. I’m the director of both companies. My work is I just need to make decisions. I don’t need to work physically in both companies.

(3) So, what kind of requirements as a director do I need to apply DTV visa? Or Should I just apply as a freelancer because my career stands as a gemologist? Which one is easier?

Good afternoon everyone here!

I am looking for a job in chiang mai and I found a suitable place but have a problem about work permit. I am here with Passport for visits since I couldn't get job passport with work permit unless I have necessary documentation for that(I asked one of the immigration officers in Yangon and he couldn't give me exact information for that). I met with my employer and she is happy to offer me the job and also document things for my work permit too. She asked me what kind of documents are needed and how much time is needed to get a work permit. I have to go back to Yangon on 13th December and I need to give information about that to my employer before that. Please help me give all the update info for work permit for Myanmar citizen.
