Hello 👋 

It would be so grateful for me if someone can answer these questions please 🙏🏻🥹

(1) I’m a Myanmar citizen. 

(2) I have two companies which is Myanmar and Thai. I’m the director of both companies. My work is I just need to make decisions. I don’t need to work physically in both companies. 

(3) So, what kind of requirements as a director do I need to apply DTV visa? Or Should I just apply as a freelancer because my career stands as a gemologist? Which one is easier?

It is not like that .. Now u r holding the PV passport rite ? u can apply NON B multiple visa bcoz you have company in thailand .. With that visa you can still come back to Myanmar ..

to apply Non-B multiple, I need work permit. To have work permit my Thai company have to have 4 Thais workers. But currently my company is just startup and do not have that 4 Thai workers yet. That’s why par ama yal. 🥹

Is freelancer Gemologist remote?

And I wouldn’t indicate that you plan on “working “ at your Thai business.

Long term, if you want to stay in Thailand, and your Thai business is big enough, would be best to get a work permit through you Thai business, completely different visa.

Myanmar government is not allowed to work outside of the country or if I have business visa, they will probably put me in trouble when I sometimes go back to Myanmar.
