I'm not sure what your asking about.

Australians now get 60 days visa exempt if they go to Thailand without a visa.

If you want to apply for a visa then you must apply online through the e-visa system.

Neither one is new.

Yes for stays of less than 60 days (or 90 with an extension) you don’t need a visa.

you can get a single 30 day extension. That's 90 days total
