What are the current application requirements and process for a Non-O multiple entry visa based on marriage to a Thai national after COVID?

well, if you're going to bounce in and out regularly like that, it'd be better off to do what you suggest and get a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage in where ever it is you're going to go to.

The way it works is you apply for a year extension, you turn in your documentation, pay 1900baht, get a 30 day under consideration stamp and then go back in a month to get the year extension inked in.

I don't know if you'd have time to get out of quarantine, get the documents together and then apply and have the 30 day stamp run out before you leave again.

NO your best option might NOT be to get a new Non-O in Bahrain. IF you meet the requirements to get a new year extension iside the country come back, quarantine and as long as you apply for a new yearly extension before this one runs out you're fine. I think you are confused in thinking you have to do it so many days before. The rule is you CAN do it when you have 45 days or less (in bangkok) not that you have to. So in your case with an extension expiring on July 21 you can apply for a new extension ANY TIME AFTER the 6th of June right on up until the day your current stamp expires.

FYI, you can apply for a new extension any day in the window between 45days before and the last day of your current stamp (July in your case). This doesn't mean you have to apply for an extension 45day before.
