I am applying for a non-immigrant B visa to travel to Thailand and then apply for a work permit. I have a wife and child who will also come to Thailand with me. Which visa should I apply for them through the Thai visa website? I can't see a suitable dependent visa on the site.

Hello. I am a 54 year old US citizen and my wife is Spanish (47 years old) . Our son has dual passports. Does anyone know if I get a retirement visa, can my wife and son stay in Thailand on it also?

Thanks for your help.

My spouse needs to get a Non-Immigrant “O” Visa -- Family Members/Dependents. Attached to my Non O retirement extension which I already have.

We're both US citizens.

We've decided to fly to Penang to apply. We have the marriage certificate and our lease here in BKK.

Couple questions,

1. I need to leave the country to do this so I'll need multiple re-entry which I don't currently have. Can I get that ahead of time? Can I get that now? Is it an extra stamp in the passport? What do you recommend?

2. I think the website says there's a couple days turn around for the dependent Non-O. Has anyone experienced this before? We're planning on staying there a week just in case.
