Hello. I am a 54 year old US citizen and my wife is Spanish (47 years old) . Our son has dual passports. Does anyone know if I get a retirement visa, can my wife and son stay in Thailand on it also?
Thanks for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A 54-year-old US citizen inquired about whether his Spanish wife and their dual-national son could stay in Thailand under his retirement visa. Comments clarified that the wife can apply for a Non-O dependent visa, while the son can join until the age of 20. The process is not straightforward depending on the type of retirement visa (Non-OA, Non-OX, or LTR-Pensioner), and obtaining the Non-O dependent visa can vary based on location.
