I see that you need to show proof of a boarding pass and accommodation in Thailand , but yet they can still deny your visa ? 😂

Also do people recommend applying direct to the Thai E-visa website or do you have a better chance with an agency like Siam Legal or Issa Compass ?

I am from Ireland but will most likely be applying in Spain

Thanks

I am back in the UK applying from London embassy.

I live and work in Spain in the summer, but permanent address is the UK.

I uploaded my Spanish bank statements in English.

Anyone have any idea what I can do for the requested documents about the bank?

I’m also not able to go to the bank as it’s in Spain

Hey all, I'm living in Spain and I work for a company here, I was thinking of Applying for the DTV from Brazil as I will be there for a month, would that be a problem?

My payslips, bank account and documents are all from Spain.

Reason is that I saw too many delays on Madrid embassy and in Brazil seems to go very fast. Would it be fine if I apply for my wife in a different country afterwards?

Hello everyone

Could you please share your border bounce experience? Cuz my 180 day stamp is gonna expire soon

Which country did you do?

How many days did you have to stay? And

What questions did they ask upon entry of another country and

Entry back to Thailand?

Thanks so much in advance

Have a nice day

Good day to you all. I plan to apply for the DTV and can register in Spain, where I currently live as a self-employed worker but there is also the option of the e-Residency from Estonia. That enables me to work like that as well. Does anybody have experience applying for the DTV while using Estonia`s e-Residency as a freelancer? The main reason to choose Estonia would be financial, freelancers pay a hefty fee here in Spain on top of your taxes. Thanks!

Last year I successfully applied for a UK holiday visa for my TGF. This year I want to apply for a Schengen visa to visit Spain. I have 48 pages of docs submitted for last year's visa so I don't need an agent. What I want is help in securing an appointment to deliver the application and support docs from someone who has navigated the system. Cheers.

Dear community,

I know this group is for the Destination Thailand Visa, but since many digital nomads are here and everyone’s so supportive, I wanted to ask for advice.

I’m Spanish, and my business is registered in Spain. Now that I have a digital nomad visa, I can stay in Thailand for five years.

Is anyone here from Spain or Europe who’s registered their business in a different country than their country of origin?

Any advice on where I could register, and make it easier for me as a new business would be super helpful.

Any insights, resources, consultant recommendations, etc would be much appreciated. 🙏

Thanks so much for your insights!

UPDATE: After 10 days I have been approved for the DTV visa.

After been asked for a NIE (document for foreign residents in Spain) I sent my DNi from my native country expecting to be rejected and denied the visa.

But, they then required a hotel booking for proof of location or rental contract or letter of invitation(even though already sent it when initially applied).

This was checked on the same day and got the approval in the evening on my email 🙂

I applied for my DTV in Spain but I'm from another country, I few weeks ago a british guy got it approved here and as a proof of location he added his airbnb reservation so thats what I also attached. I'm now being requested as an extra documentation a NIE which it's a document that only Spanish residents own. Any advice on how to proceed?
