Hi everyone,

I need some clarification regarding my DTV visa application status.

On the portal, my application is showing “Finished” with a green indicator. However, when I open the reference number, it shows “Cancel Visa Application.” I also haven’t received any email regarding this update.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Does this mean rejection, or could it be a system/technical issue?

Would really appreciate any insights. Thank you!

Update: Got this email today (26/03/2026) at 02:58 p.m. without any reason being mentioned.

I am in the process of getting a ” marriage visa” but have run into a lot of bureaucracy both here locally and at the relevant embassy.

Anyone knows about a serious consultant/agent with normal prices here in Hua hin where we could get help with handling the paperwork

When applying for the DTV do they check your immigration status? If you stayed too long in a country and apply for the DTV from that country will that be a problem? Or is it better to just leavet he country you overstayed, go back to your home country or another country and apply for the DTV?

Hello! I am here on a DTV and need to cancel it to switch to a Non Imm B Visa. Has anyone successfully cancelled their DTV? I am specifically wondering if I can cancel it in country and then leave and come back the Non Imm B Visa. I have heard it can take up to 10 days for cancellation once requested and I would rather spend that time in Thailand than outside. Edit: looking for anyone who has actually done this process. There is a lot of speculation on what needs to be done, but I would like to know 100%
