What should I do if my PDF file for the Non O visa application only uploads one page instead of three?

I am trying to submit the financial statements for my Non O visa , at the Thai embassy Los angles website . I am using a iPhone 17 E. On goggle.

When I do open the files and add the file, it only accepts 1 page of the 3 pages in the file. I have compressed the 3 pages into one file to 1.2 Mg. 
It is in PDF format. Using cell or WiFi no difference.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong. 
Is it because I am Not using a computer?
I am going slightly crazy. Any advice would help. Thank you. H.

I use a iPhone too but to the Thai embassy in London but they need a wet stamp from the bank and sign from bank then one page be ok I not sure if same in USA

I had an issue as well. Used a scanning app & wouldn't accept. I took a photo of 3 pages side by side & they were accepted.

I had same issue but finally just layed 3 1st pages side by side and scanned them with iPad. 3 mb and was accepted.  It showed up when I scrolled left and right.  I wonder if my earlier try’s would have showed up with leg right scrolls ?

in the same order... I have already applied for a visa, Non O, like you. And I sent a wrong document. Is it possible to correct after the form was sent? Or I have to wait they ask me the good one?

There are online sites where you can put together all three pages into one PDF that will work. Most often those small jobs are free online. Just do a search.

I know on some Thailand applications some items they want in JPEG/PNG and not accept PDF

I had the same issue. I went to a print shop where they consolidated the 3 statements into an expandable single page. It functions the same way as when to use your fingers to zoom in on a photo on an iPad. Any decent printshop will know what to do. I believe the other comments are not correct. It has to be an expandable pdf.
